The Investigation
(Check back often as we will be uploading data over the next couple days. We apologize for the delay.)
The investigation took place on Saturday night January 22nd, 2011. There were four investigators and our Tech. mgr present along with the owners Becky and Steve Gursky and their grandson Christian.
We had a great time and want to say thank you to the Gursky's for their hospitality to our team, for their patience while we were setting up, and for this opportunity to investigate their historic home.
Our new tech. mgr was on his first investigation with us so after set-up he monitored the video feeds from the cameras and assisted with tech problems as he watched the investigation and sat in on some e.v.p.work. The owners and their grandson also had the opportunity to be involved at times with the investigation and we had a lot of fun together.
During the investigation we obtained 1,306 pictures, over 34hrs of audio, and over 53hrs of video footage.
The pictures that we took in the main living areas and basement showed little or no dust but there were a select few that we chose to share.
Pictures taken in the attic kept showing an unusual mist/haze in them that would come and go. The investigators have been trained to turn their head when exhaling or hold their breath when taking pictures in cold areas to eliminate a false mist/haze from showing up. So when this mysterious haze showed up in the pictures we attempted to take multiple shots. At one time it even appeared that the mist was trying to get close to the investigator with the k2 in his hand.
